Salmon Pizza
Gourmet on a budget! This salmon pizza is simple, affordable, and perfect for those with just a few ingredients.
Ingredients:
Salmon
Chives
Avocado
Wasabi
Teriyaki Sesame Sauce
Sesame seeds
Tortilla
Directions:
Preheat the Pan: Place a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
Add Oil: Once the pan is hot, add a small amount of cooking oil. Swirl the pan to coat the surface evenly.
Place the Tortilla: Gently place a tortilla in the pan. Allow it to cook for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until it starts to develop golden spots on the bottom.
Flip: Using tongs, flip the tortilla to the other side. Cook for 30 seconds or until both sides are golden and slightly crispy.
Peel the avocado, mash it, and add the wasabi together until smooth. Spread on the tortilla.
Cut the salmon into pieces, and sprinkle the pieces on the tortilla.
Drizzle the Teriyaki Sesame Sauce
Sprinkle the chives and the sesame seeds to top.
